The Content Marketing module will provide you with the knowledge and skills required to plan and execute a hospitality-related content marketing strategy which is customer persona-based and data-driven, informed by applied business objectives, aligned with the hospitality-based buyer’s journey and in accordance to your marketing strategy.

Social Media Marketing for Hospitality

The Social Media module demonstrates the most critical digital marketing platforms, ways of identifying which one is the most suitable for the hospitality industry and highlights best practice in designing and setting up a social media experiences for your hospitality business.

Paid Search (PPC) using Google Ads for Hospitality

Website Optimization is a key component when it comes to conversions. In this module you will develop skills on how to build a well-designed, high-performing and optimized website and how UX & UI elements should be aligned to your hospitality business’ objectives in order to enhance direct bookings. The module introduces the importance of managing a company’s online reputation (ORM) with a special focus on the hospitality sector. Online reviews remain a key influencer in the booking space. Also  help you understand how a PR plan will keep your customers engaged on social media and improve reputation & how It can become a marketing asset for the hotel and contribute to the bottom line.

Strategic Hotel Inventory Distribution and Online Sales

This module unwraps the process on how to effectively distribute hotel rooms and other inventory – revenue centers throughout the internet and effective contracting. By being able to understand the key factors in creating successful contracts with special emphasis on its commitments and risks will help you realize where hotel revenue comes from, the real cost of your room and / or running an event, and what this means for the total value of the property.

Generating Revenue Through Analyzing Demand for Hotels

This module explores the several marketing concepts that play a significant role in strategic revenue management. Being able to understand aspects of differentiation for generating demand, you will be able to explain how revenue management relies on effective demand analysis & forecasting and how strategic pricing decisions are affected.

The General Data Protection Regulation in Hospitality (GDPR)

This module will demonstrate the 10 Steps required complying with the GDPR. It will also enable you to understand the key concepts of the regulation and how to apply them to your hospitality business.

Revenue Management is currently considered worldwide as one of the most important professional specialization and skill for effective hotel business performance. You will become aware of current trends of Revenue Management, its today’s Challenges in the Hotel Sector and explain performance measurements for effective daily hotel performance .
